BEN Shephard quit the GMTV sofa today and told viewers "I will miss you all".
Dad-of-two Ben Shephard told viewers he was off to have a "lie-in" as he climbed down from the GMTV sofa after ten years.

Ben, who has landed his dream job as a presenter on Sky Sports, was treated to good luck messages from his "GMTV wives".

Ben is one of among a wave of presenters who are leaving the ITV1 breakfast show as it undergoes a massive makeover.

Former One Show presenters Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley will host the new Daybreak show.

Good luck Ben and we will definitely miss you!
